A Crime Stoppers tip led Houston police to a man suspected of robbing a Wells Fargo Bank branch last month, according to the Harris County District Attorney's Office. Randle has a criminal background dating to 1995 that includes convictions for possession of a controlled substance, forgery and theft, court records show.
