Value Change Six Years How have property values changed since the top of the real estate market? Each map on this graphic represents one year and shows where home values went up (areas in red), where they fell (green) and where they stayed the same (yellow) since 2006. You may have to zoom in to see it, but notice how pockets of the west side continued to go up throughout the downturn. The graphic, generated by HCAD, is based on certified residential values of single-family and mobile homes.
