NBC does not need Twitter world?s help
It has become the most boring, predicable story of the Olympics, that NBC doesn’t have a clue about covering them because they don’t show everything live in the United States on network television. This theme goes back to forever, or at least when NBC won the U.S. rights over other networks 20 years ago. The criticism is worse now because social media reports the results spontaneously. Why actually watch Ryan Lochte beat Michael Phelps if you have read about it hours earlier in 140 characters or less?
