(CNN) -- [Updated 3 p.m. Monday, June 4] This massive red sandstone boulder weighs 77,000 pounds and sits in Tiergarten Park in Berlin, Germany.
It was brought in from Venezuela more than 10 years ago and is one of many large stones that sit in the park as part of Global Stone: A Worldwide Peace Project.
But Venezuela is now demanding that the boulder be brought back, saying it is sacred to an indigenous group called the Pemon. Venezuela says the rock was stolen, a claim that has been denied by the German artist who brought it to Berlin.
Congrats to JonasRoslev and Rayna78 for being the first to correctly answer this week's photo challenge!
[Original post] Do you know where this photo was taken?
If you think you know the answer -- or if you just want to take a wild guess -- post it in thearea below. Later in the day, we'll reveal where the photo was taken and give credit to those who figured it out first. (The more detail, the better!)
Each Monday morning, we'll post a new photo and challenge you to tell us its origin. The photo might be related to a prominent news story or theme -- or it might just be something that caught our eye.
Good luck!
