The Cowboys (30-19) finished scoring in the sixth inning on Hunter Bailey's single up the middle on Friday. A two-run double by Alcorn State's Justin Barney trimmed the lead to 3-2 in the eighth inning, but the Braves' rally stalled in the ninth.
